Domaine Roland Schmitt Pinot Gris 2020
Most of the fruit for this wine comes from the excellent Glintzberg vineyard in Bergbieten. This is a classic dry expression of this grape with a nose of hazelnuts, with some mango and tropical notes. The wine is unctuous in the mouth but remains dry with good acidity and length. Very food-friendly, this will go as easily with fish and shellfish as it does with exotic cooking and spicy food.
